ID Label Inc., a manufacturer of barcode labels, has expanded its in-house installation team with the hiring of Harold Wagoner and Cory O’Leary. Their expertise will support the company’s growing demand for professional warehouse label and sign installation services.

These are ID Label’s first new hires since its acquisition by River Associates late last year, underscoring the company’s commitment to expanding its solutions and expertise to benefit ID Label customers.

Wagoner joins ID Label as director of installation services, where he’ll focus on supporting both the management and on-site installation crews as well as driving strategic goals and process improvements. He brings extensive experience from Lowe’s Companies, where he managed distribution facility setup, reconfiguration processes, item profiling and slotting, and logistics system testing, while leading a team of support analysts.

O’Leary steps in as installation manager, operations, with a focus on providing on-site support to ID Label clients during the warehouse sign and label installation process, as well as managing safety and training programs, streamlining decision-making and communication between ID Label clients and employees. Previously, he owned FAAS-Technologies, LLC, a label and technology installation and implementation company, where he led the strategic direction and operational efficiency of the business.

“Our customers rely on ID Label for high-quality barcode labels and warehouse signs, and the expertise to install them correctly and efficiently,” states Gregg Schiltz, president of ID Label. “The addition of Harold and Cory strengthens our ability to offer turnkey installation solutions, saving our customers time and ensuring minimal disruption to warehouse operations.”

“As a former customer of ID Label, I experienced first-hand the durable products and superior customer service that the company provides,” says Wagoner. “ID Label’s attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to customer satisfaction stood out in the industry. When the opportunity came to join their team and grow an in-demand segment of the business, it was an easy decision. I’m excited to bring my customer-side perspective to ID Label and provide exceptional customer service to our expanding roster of clients.”
